Do you notice the really nice glossy look of photos captured by "pro" photographers(well I do) and yes we admire them and we think, well they are really good in capturing/manipulating lights and maybe they are experts in photoshop...
but... YOU CAN DO IT!
How can you make your picture glossy and more aliveeeee!!!? hehehe
This one is a very simple tip... using Microsoft Office Picture Manager: Contrast (slider button)

By simply adjusting the contrast (higher) this is what happen to my shot...

For me with higher contrast besides being more glossy it gives her face more highlights...creating a better portrait.

So take out your pictures and try to open it using Microsoft Office Picture Manager and adjust that contrast slide and see for yourselves if you think it's useful. Happy-Snaps:)
